My journey began in the United States Army as an Airborne telecommunications soldier, where I learned the importance of discipline, structure, accountability, and mission-focused execution. Those lessons would later become the foundation of his work as an entrepreneur, educator, consultant, and institution builder.

Today, as a founder of a collection of organizations focused on helping businesses reduce failure, strengthen operations, develop leaders, and build sustainable growth systems, my vast experience of up and downs has been crucially valuable to others. Through my educational institutions, technology companies, and business incubators, I have helped founders transform ideas into enterprises and enterprises into institutions.
